1) Download and unzip files to HTML directory on webserver with PHP.

2) Make php language to work inside .html files.

3) Visit YOURFORUMFOLDER/ADMIN/ in browser and there you will be able to register your first user and that will be the administrator of the forum.

Done!

Step 2 can be a little struggle since different servers needs different actions to make this possible.

When logged in as an administrator you can create and handle the boards, set permissions and such in the administration area that will be YOURFORUMFOLDER/ADMIN/ in browser.

If you re-install and are gona create a new administrator the folder USERS have to be deleted. If you have users you don't want to delete simply make a copy of old folder and copy users back to new USER folder after you have created a new administrator.
